She's very professional and friendly and quick at turning around proofs and artwork. I sent her over some pictures of my products and fonts that I like and she came up with many different styles for my logo. I was given lots of various options to choose from and if I didn't like any of them she was happy to go back and carry on creating more options until I found something I liked. It made me feel at ease.  It was a great design process to go through with her, she quickly made any alterations you wanted and gave you time to ponder through them.
